About Hanney

Welcome to Blog About Hanney. My name is Hannah given the nickname Hanney. I'm a 21-year-old graduate photographer from the South West of England.

My blog is essentially the confessions of a makeup hoarder. I have a total (probably unhealthy) obsession with makeup, beauty and skincare products. Constantly on the lookout for new products to experiment with. My blog is used as an online journal to document all my spending! A place where I am able to express my feelings and opinions on almost anything and everything. Along the way, I am aiming to improve my outlook on life by making it much more positive and most importantly surrounding myself with positive people and doing more of what makes me happy.

I could happily ramble on however it would be much easier to make a good old FAQ section!


What do you do other than blogging?
I've recently graduated from the University of Gloucestershire studying Editorial and Advertising Photography.

What can I expect to see in a 'Day In The Life' blog post?
These posts are a little insight into what my life can be like (on the positive days). I often love to take photos to document some interesting days that I might have and reflect on them afterwards. (Always great to look back on!)

What camera do you use?
Usually, Canon 600D or Canon 70D using an 18-55mm lens however most recent posts will possibly be using a 50mm prime lens.

You probably will have noticed that I have two accounts. The reason being; One is more associated with my blog and my personal life and the other is my photography account which I use for work purposes! However, I am happy to interact on either account.
